We structure renewable energy projects with communities as shareholders and co-developers.

THERE IS ANOTHER WAY TO BUILD PROJECTS

Community ownership is an essential piece of a just energy transition in Latin America

Our model

The energy transition must include communities not only as beneficiaries, but as active partners, shareholders and co-developers.

Projects designed with shared governance

Communities take part in every material decision from the design stage, with full financial, legal, technical and governance transparency. We develop the project together, from ideation to construction.

Equity participation on market terms

The community's equity stake is not a gift. It is calculated based on its real contributions: land use, permitting, investment and capital contributions.

Local development and wealth creation

Dividends do not flow out. Communities can set up a trust to invest their dividends in local public goods and/or distribute them among their members.
